INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tablespoons Avocado oil
  • 6 Boneless skinless chicken thighs, sliced thin
  • 4 Cups Broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar Sweetener
  • 1 clove (minced) Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix soy sauce, sweetener, garlic, ginger, Xanthan gum and water, in a medium sized bowl. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
  1. In a large skillet, heat the avocado oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken thighs and broccoli florets into it. Stir occasionally until chicken is well-cooked (will take about 5 minutes).
  3. Now, pour the sauce into the skillet with the chicken and broccoli and rise heat to high. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce starts to thicken and coats chicken and broccoli evenly.
