Let’s start!

Preheat the oven at 425F.

Heat a 10 inch oven proof skillet on medium heat.

Add sausage, onion and bell pepper into it.

Then cook and crush sausage until it gets cook well and the onion and bell peppers are soft.

Mix eggs, parmesan cheese, heavy cream and parsley together, in a large mixing bowl. Combine well.

After mixing, pour the low-carb frittata mixture over the sausage mixture and stir well.

Now remove the skillet from heat and place the skillet in the already preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until the frittata gets set.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 pound ground breakfast sausage
  • 8 (beaten) Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Diced white onion
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  3. Cook and crush sausage until sausage is cooked well and onion and bell pepper are soft (it will take 5-8 minutes).

  5. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage mixture and stir well. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove skillet from heat and place skillet in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until the center of the frittata is set.
  7. Cut into 6 servings and then serve.
